Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack items securely in their original packaging where possible and ship as directed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us before returning and we will help arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return: items marked final sale, personalized or monogrammed pieces, intimates and swimwear without protective hygiene lining, and items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
